Dr. Gutium founded Esplanade Health and Aesthetics to offer something rare in modern medicine: a physician who truly knows her patients. Her practice combines the depth of internal medicine with the precision of aesthetic care — all in one place, in Boston's West End.
Training & Background
Dr. Adina Gutium completed her medical training in Internal Medicine and brings years of experience in both hospital and outpatient settings. Her clinical background spans preventive care, chronic disease management, and metabolic health.
After seeing firsthand how fragmented and impersonal conventional primary care had become, she transitioned to a Membership-based Primary Care model — one that allows her to spend real time with patients, offer same-day access, and build lasting relationships.
Her interest in medical aesthetics grew from a belief that looking and feeling well are deeply connected. She pursued advanced training in neuromodulators, microneedling, and chemical peels to offer patients a trusted, physician-led aesthetic experience.
